Daniel brings over eight years of experience in the community services sector and a genuine passion for helping people navigate the NDIS with confidence. As a Support Coordinator, he enjoys working alongside participants to remove barriers, strengthen supports and create opportunities for greater independence and choice.

Since joining Indigo Rose Community Services in 2024, Daniel has provided direct support to NDIS participants while also continuing independent support work. Combined with his previous experience in lead case management, he brings a practical understanding of the challenges participants and their families can face when navigating the NDIS, coordinating multiple services and achieving their goals.

Daniel believes every participant should have genuine choice and control over the supports they receive. He works collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, allied health professionals and service providers to build strong relationships, advocate for participants, identify barriers and connect people with the services they need. His approach is focused on empowering participants to make informed decisions and achieve outcomes that are meaningful to them.

Daniel holds an Associate Degree of Clinical Sciences and has also completed extensive university study in psychology. His education has strengthened his understanding of human behaviour, mental health and evidence-based practice, complementing his practical experience supporting people with disability and complex needs. He is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure participants receive informed, high-quality support.
