Nathan is skilled in operations management, technical support, and case management, person-centered planning, and Organizational leadership. Nathan has developed a reputation for helping people get the most out of their NDIS plans with over 7 years of industry experience. Nathan has undertaken various studies to support his abilities to assist complex participants navigate the NDIS, mainstream health, justice and Allied Health systems. Nathan is certified as a Complex support coordinator, to ensure participants are supported through various interfaces and has participant’s accessing the complex support needs team (CSN) through the NDIS which supports them with getting funded supports for their individual needs on the complex pathways program.
Nathan’s passion for supporting people with disability stems from his personal experience. His sister lives with disability and accesses the NDIS, and therefore Nathan knows first-hand how important it is for families to have a strong voice and this underpins how he works with individuals and families.
Previously, Nathan has led a team of Support Coordinators as a Support Coordination Manager. His team spanned across two states and four regions. servicing from Gladstone QLD to Northern NSW and as far west as the New England region, which supports over 150 participants.
Outside of his role, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the great outdoors and camping.

Tina is a skilled and passionate director of service at Indigo Rose Disability Support Services and leads the service and administration operations of Indigo Rose. Tina is proud of her culture and is committed to her Bundjalung people and family.
Tina is also bound to ensure participants and their families receive person-centered services and know how important it is for participants and their families to receive the care they need and the difference these services make to our participants and their ability to live their best lives every day.
Tina ensures that the appropriate match between support workers is undertaken in consultation with each participant and their family.
Tina's dedication stems from her personal experiences, having grown up with a family member with special needs. This understanding fuels her commitment to ensuring our families receive the right support, making a significant difference in the lives of each participant on their NDIS Journey.

Sean Rich Joins the Indigo Rose Senior Management team with a magnitude of experience throughout an extensive career in the community services sector; fostering caring relationships while implementing child-safe standards comes naturally to Sean, and he is passionate about ensuring our people are safe. Sean has previously worked as a specialized foster carer/house parent, which requires a higher level of responsibility. Alongside the House Leader, Sean provided leadership to other care staff and ensured the smooth running of the household operations. Sean thrives working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment. Sean has the focus and skills to prioritize many competing demands. Sean has fostered positive, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including the young people, the management team, and external departments such as DCJ and NSW Police. Sean comes to Indigo Rose with experience in consultation, conflict resolution, and negotiation tactics. Sean has undertaken various studies to support him on his career journey. These studies include the development of workplace communication strategies and the facilitation of workplace debriefing and support. Sean has also completed a Diploma of Community Services, Train the Trainer Crisis Prevention Institute Safety Intervention, Certificate II Business Administration, Followed defined occupational health and safety policies and procedures, Trauma and Attachment, Cultural Awareness, Joint protocol training, introduced Sean joins the Indigo Rose Disability Support Services Leadership Team. Sean has extensive experience and knowledge of out-of-home care (OOHC) programs. Sean grew up in residential care from the age of 13 to 17. Sean's lived experience has motivated him to pursue a career in OOHC. Sean comes with a magnitude of skills, including trauma-informed, therapeutic care., His strengths in this role are his ability to connect with the young people in our care and to hold boundaries that provide a safe and stable ion to disability awareness, Code of conduct, Privacy Act legislation awareness, and Various other territory training to support his understanding of operations and the importance of systems and processes.
Additionally, other studies included the development of workplace communication strategies and facilitating workplace debriefing and support. Sean is confident and connected and has acquired the skills and abilities to support him in Leading Indigo Rose Disability Support Services over a long career in various roles within the Community Service and NDIS spaces. Sean is ready to take the next step in his career, supporting Indigo Rose; our support workers and families receive genuine person-centered care. Sean is passionate and committed to positively contributing to the lives of the children and young people in OOHC and all Participants receiving NDIS support and Services with Indigo Rose.
Hobbies: include all aspects of farming and gardening. Sean currently lives on 20 acres with horses, rabbits, ducks, chickens, a blue cattle dog (blue dog,) and a chocolate-coloured goat.
Margaret Bird
Margaret Bird is an experienced and focused Administration Coordinator. Margaret leads our Service Coordinators and administrative teams, which provides accurate technical financial support to Indigo Rose.
Margaret has over 25 years of experience and understands how important our focus and commitment is to the community, and why we need to be the change. Margaret ensures families receive tailored support that works for each of their individual needs.
Margaret knows first hand how important these approaches are, as she has a child accessing the NDIS.
Margaret works closely with our Service Director to ensure we are compliant with legislation and prides herself to ensure we achieve better outcomes for each and every participant at Indigo Rose.
Margaret provides support to the Managing Director on a day-to-day basis with all financial, compliance & operational matters.

Barbara Dawson brings a wealth of industry experience and person-centered knowledge and approaches to Indigo Rose. Barbara is a dedicated and passionate Operations Coordinator who provides guidance and support from genuine person first approach. Barbara has had an extensive career within the disability sector spanning over 30 years, including education, aged care and the NDIS sector. Barbara provides operational guidance to Indigo Rose Support Coordination team and technical advice to our services division. There isn't much Barbara hasn't been a part of when it comes to inclusion and she strives to ensure our participants and families are supported. Barbaras experience allows Indigo Rose to understand the importance of families, individual outcomes and how important team cultures are. Barbara is committed to supporting our community, and the people in it, live their best lives. Barbara forms part of our Executive team and also works hand in hand with our Service Directors to ensure that our people are supported.
